• If an account remains inactive for 12 consecutive months, MavistaMart reserves the right to freeze or deactivate the account.

• If the user’s local laws prohibit the application of Chinese law or the jurisdiction of Chinese courts, the affected provisions of this Agreement shall be deemed invalid in that jurisdiction, but all other terms shall remain in full force and effect.
